We will greet you with our most honest smile, provide you with our best service, and see you off with our warmest blessing, just like your family.

Here, you can get rid of your tiredness and stress, enjoy the peaceful moment of your life, stay close and communicate with all the natural creatures on our earth. 

All you need to do is listen to your heart, follow your will, we will provide you a place called home for your journey.

Westwind RV Park Policy

Reservations: We recommend making your reservation in advance to ensure your preferred dates. We now open online reservation, telephone reservation as well as walk in reservation.  All RV Reservations require a full payment at time of booking to confirm site. 

All rental fees must pay upon arrival in full for walk in customers, exception will be made for the reservation at least 3months and up. The site is to be occupied only by the registered guests. Subletting of RV or site is not permitted without written approval of management.

Payment: We accept Cash, Money Orders, and Credit Cards. Checks are only accepted for Long-Term Tenants in good standing. All charges for your stay are due and payable in advance. Once payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS for any reason. 

Cancellations:  Sorry, No refund allowed. 

Late & NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) Fees: It is customer’s responsibility to pay rent on “rent due” date. Five (5) day grace period does not apply. Reminders are a courtesy. Rent paid late will result in late fee(s) which is 3% per day base on the overdue balance. Customers consistently late will result in disciplinary action leading to fines, eviction or both.

Rent must be paid in full, no partial payments accepted. Rent cannot be pro-rated.

If the Park receives notice from our bank that a check has been returned for Non-Sufficient Funds, the occupant or tenant who wrote the check will no longer be allowed to pay by check. Future payments must be made by cash, cashier’s check, debit card, or credit card. No Exceptions!

Emergency Phone: In case of emergency, dial 911. Our public telephone located beside the public washroom.

Maximum RV Park Speed: The speed limit is 10 kms throughout the property. There are young children and pets, so please be very careful. Make sure to follow the directional arrows when driving in the RV park.

Quiet time is 11pm-8am: Please respect your neighbors and other guests. Absolutely no music or loud talking past this time. Please use consideration when using sound systems during the day as well.

RV Sites: Each RV site is designated for one RV and one vehicle; maximum two vehicles if they fit within your specific site, not encroaching on the cedar hedges, bark mulch, the park road or your neighbor’s site.

Please ensure your RV slide-outs are not touching the cedars upon set up or you will be asked to re-adjust your RV.

Extra Vehicles / Guest Parking: Additional vehicles or guests parking are available and need  to be parked in the matching number parking lot or designated field with a fee.

Vehicles, Registration & Insurance:

All RVs and vehicles must be kept clean, in running condition, exterior paint in good condition, and be in overall presentable condition.

All vehicles not operational will be considered abandoned and will be removed and impounded at the vehicle owner’s expense .

Vehicles leaking oil or fluids are prohibited in the Park and must be repaired off park property.

You must be able to provide proof of Registration and Insurance on your RV if requested, and both must always be current.

Monthly tenants will need to provide updated Proof of Registration and Insurance upon expiration or as needed.

 Monthly Stays:

Monthly rates include water, sewer, and trash. Our WIFI Internet is complementary to our tenants.

Our tenants are responsible for conserving their electric and water usage and agree to use both services responsibly.

Tenants are responsible for the upkeep of their site (keep it clean, remove pine needles and pinecones, no trash, or debris outside of your vehicle).

Campfires: Are permitted in the designated fire pits provided in your site and must be attended at all times. In the event of a campfire ban charcoal briquettes and propane fires may be permitted. Please do not put cigarette butts, cans or garbage of any sort in the fire pits.

Fire pits: are not to be moved without RV staff approval. Please note, this creates a big mess within the RV site, extra clean-up costs and potential burnt cedars. Minimal approval may be given to long term guests on a case-by-case basis only.

Picnic Tables: Please do not put portable BBQs on the picnic tables without heat/grease protection underneath them. It is appreciated if you do not pile firewood or other rough type items on the tables.

Cedars, Trees & Landscaping: Please help us keep our park green and refrain from tying ropes, bungie cords or anything else to our cedars and shrubbery. Please ensure your BBQ and fire pit are a minimum of 3 feet / 1m from the cedars so they do not get burnt. (If you singe or burn the cedars you may be liable for the cost of replacement)

Cutting or removal of wood within the park is prohibited.

Pets: Pets are welcome. Please make sure your pet is on a leash at all times.  Pet owners are responsible for the actions of their pets. Please do not allow your pets to venture onto other guests RV sites or into the washroom/laundry building.

Please pick up all pet droppings. Please do not allow pets to dig in the cedar bark mulch. If your pet is excessively noisy, aggressive or you fail to follow pet rules may result in the pet and the owner being asked to leave.

Garbage / Tidiness: Please help us keep our RV Park clean. Please place all garbage into garbage bags and tie securely before placing in the dumpsters. Please do not litter cigarette butts on the ground or in the fire pits. Notice: We have many racoons around. If you leave your garbage out at night, you will have a large mess in the morning.

Guests are responsible for the tidiness of their site. Non-compliance may result in being asked to leave. Guests are expected to leave their site clean upon departure. Failure to do so may result in additional fees being charged for clean-up.

Children: Parents and guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of their children. Children are not to use the laundry room and washrooms as play areas. Children under the age of 16 must return to their RV site by 10 pm unless accompanied by an adult.

Smoking: Please be very careful with cigarette ashes and always dispose butts in appropriate containers. The ground can be very dry here during the spring and summer months and fire hazards can be extreme. Please do not put butts in the fire pits or on the ground.

Alcoholic Beverages: Please drink responsibly.

Profanity: Profanity, abusive or loud language and other objectionable or disturbing behavior will not be tolerated.

Visitors: Registered RV guests entertaining visitors will be responsible for their guest’s behavior and responsible for any damage incurred.

Courtesy:

We strive to provide courteous and respectful service therefore profanity, violence, or threats towards our staff will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate eviction from the Park.

Please respect the privacy of your fellow neighbors within the Park and do not walk through other tenant’s sites.

Laundry & Restrooms:

Bathrooms, showers, recreation, and laundry facilities are intended for use by registered tenants only. Please leave these facilities in a clean condition after use.

Report any non-operational or unsanitary conditions to management immediately.

Coin-operated machines are in the laundry room.

Any tenant caught inflicting damage to park property will be responsible financially for all damages, will fully be evicted from the park, and prosecuted by law.

 Water:

Residents shall undertake all necessary actions to conserve water and prevent waste, including repairing any leaky fixtures, hoses, etc.

No black or gray water is to meet the ground. Rinse holding tank basin after each use.

Public Area:

For safety electrical usage, No extension cord allow to present in the public area,if you have to use it for temporary, please inform the site manager and obtain an written approval with a fee for the service.

RV / Vehicle Washing / Mechanical Repairs:  Are not allowed within the RV park area.

Liability: All guests are responsible for the security of their own site and belongings. We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal property. All facilities are used by guests at their own risk.

Firearms / Fireworks: The display or use of firearms and fireworks it strictly prohibited.

Wildlife: Please do not feed any type of wildlife within the park. (Please note that, bird seed grows in our site gravel over time and attracts vermin)

Relocation: Westwind RV park reserves the right to relocate guests to best serve the needs of all guests and the business.

Westwind RV park reserves the right to require any guest or visitor to leave if they cause a disturbance or are abusive to staff or other guests.
